The Annual General Meeting of the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Foundation Inc. was held in conjunction with the AGM of the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba on at the Viscount Gort Hotel in Winnipeg, MB on Thursday, May 11, 2017.
There were 7 members of the board with 3 additional guests in attendance. Minutes of the 2016 RPNF annual general meeting were circulated for review and adopted; the 2017 President’s Report to the Annual General Meeting was received; and the audited financial statements of the RPNF for the year ending December 31, 2016 were approved. Jenkyns Smith Chartered Professional Accountants LLP were appointed auditor for the 2017 financial year.
